By this summer the first construction phase of Mall Gabrovo will be over, the finishing works are currently under way. The building works started in the autumn of 2007. The investor is Mall Gabrovo - a local company from Gabrovo. The investments will exceed EUR 12m. Mall Gabrovo has 15,000 sq. m gross-floor area situated in immediate proximity with the town hall, the central square and the general post office. One of its distinctive features is the unique architecture and entirely renovated façade of a former historic building on the spot. The occupancy rate is 75%, the tenants are new for the region world and local fashion brands. The first underground floor of 2,000 sq. m is leased to Elemag Gurmet supermarket. There will be 40 stores on the two floors. The third and fourth floors are for entertainment with Galaxy bowling, piano bar, a panoramic terrace restaurant, three fast food stands, a café and a children’s corner. The general contractor is Force Build Ltd., the design was prepared by Uzunov Proekt.
