The minister presented its head of cabinet Ekaterina Gecheva, and Pavel Anastasov, parliamentary secretary.The new minister of regional development Rosen Plevneliev comes from the construction business where he was CEO of Lindner Immobilien Management - an affiliate of the German holding Lindner building and managing the biggest investment projects in the real property sector in Bulgaria for the last 20 years - Business Park Sofia on 220,000 sq. m site and 330,000 sq. m gross-floor area, adn Residential Park Sofia on 235,000 sq. m site and 115,000 sq. m gross-floor area.
