The negotiations for restarting of the PHARE financing are almost over, the European Commission is to give its final decision for 214 projects for EUR 33.4m.For the definitively canceled road projects Bulgaria will lose EUR 23m funding the project from the state budget.This was said by the dep. minister of regional development Liliana Pavlova at a special press conference.Within two weeks we will have a coordinated plan for completion of Lyulin highway, we have regular meetings on a weekly basis with the building contractor, the Engineer, the project manager, said the minister of regional development Rosen Plevneliev.More than 35% of the integrated water project in Ruse have been completed already, three months ago the performance was only 6%. Other two ISPA projects - for Burgas water cycle and the waste-water treatment plant in Dimitrovgrad, are to be completed on time.
