This was said by the minister of regional development Rosen Plevneliev at the annual conference Balrec 2009: Awaiting Recovery.The end of the recession is very close but taking the economy on the road of sustainable development will take some time.The minister opened the conference that was held in Kempinski Zografski hotel in Sofia on 5 and 6 Nov.Before becoming minister as a top manager of a leading building and development company Rosen Plevneliev asked the authorities to listen to the vision of the business to soften the crisis consequences.Every comment today will be taken into consideration promised the minister to the developers, investors, real property consultants and financial experts. The authorities are represented at the top possible level together with the head of the parliamentarian commission for self-government Lyuben Tatarski and its deputy chairman Nikolay Pehlivanov.The second day of the conference was dedicated to the markets and the projects including discussions on all real property sectors - residential, holiday property, offices, retail, industrial, with participants and speakers developers, architects, experts of the big banks, real property companies, consultant agencies.
