Ruse is the most beautiful city in Bulgaria is one of the conclusions in the annual rating Best Place to Live.Meanwhile the local administration won a project by Regional Development programme for reconstruction, rehabilitation and modernization of a central urban area for rest - the central public garden.The project provides change of the used pavement with modern ones.The design for rehabilitation of the downtown zone preserves the existing network of pedestrian and green areas.The public fountains will be thoroughly rehabilitated.The reconstruction works will be carried out in phases in six sections.The completion deadline is 24 months.
