Tsveta Kamenova was born in 1946.She has a Master’s degree in ‘Construction economy’ from the University of Economics, Varna.Ms. Kamenova has made a research on economic efficiency from refurbishing residential areas – the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Institute for theory and history of urban planning and architecture.From 1998 to 2001, Tsveta Kamenova was head of ‘Investments and concessions’ department at the Council of Ministers. Since 2001 to date, she has been Director of ‘Economic and Social Policy’ directorate at the Bulgarian Government.Prior to taking the office, she was head of department at the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, research assistant and head of department at the Center for territorial development and residential policy, research assistant at the Center for territorial distribution of production forces with the State Planning Committee.
