Igor Ovakimyan was born on August 12, 1961 in Armenia. Architect by profession, he has over 28 years experience in international business.Mr. Ovakimyan graduated Yerevan Polytechnic Institute in 1983, the architectural department in Yerevan with a degree in Architecture-Builder. In 1987 he graduated from the Institute of Municipal property management.He began his career as Head of Region in Construction Enterprise "Erevanstroy" Yerevan in 1983. In 1989 he became Director of Private Enterprise "Builder" in Yerevan. In 1993, now Director General of the United "Slavyanskiy Torgoviy Dom", Moscow, Russian Federation. From 1997 he was manager and owner of IGA Trading Offshore Ltd., in Limassol, Cyprus. From 2008 he was manager and owner of "Artigo Invest Group" - an investment company dealing with business development and entrepreneurship.Currently, in November 2010 and now is owner and manager of Profit Real Estates Ltd., a company owning the franchise rights of RE / MAX for Bulgaria and Regional Director RE / MAX Bulgaria.
