Simona Parvanova acts as a Business Development Manager at Forton International, Alliance partner of Cushman&Wakefield. She concentrates in retail leasing and property management of shopping centers and office buildings. Currently she is leading the team leasing Paradise Center, by far the largest shopping center under construction in Sofia.She has graduated the American University in Bulgaria with a double major in Business Administration and Political Science/International Relations.Simona has 11 years experience in the real estate sector in Bulgaria, working through all sectors including residential, office and retail. She started her career with Colliers International reaching the position of Residential Sales Director. Then she spent 6 years with EQUEST acting as a sales manager for one of the development companies and subsequently as an owner’s representative of City Center Sofia.
