Lilyana Pavlova has been Minister of Regional Development and Public Works since September 2011.She is Doctor of Economics and also holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and European Integration from the Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" and a bachelor’s degree in "International Economic Relations" from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE). Pavlova also has a postgraduate qualification in "Law" from IPS to UNWE.Pavlova has also been working as the Head of the "National Fund" Department at the Ministry of Finance, Expert at the Department of "National Fund", Ministry of Finance, ISPA "Coordination Unit"-Expert, Ministry of Regional Development and Public Work, and Specialist in International projects, Institute for Postgraduate Studies, UNWE.She has also held the positions of Office manager, PHARE, Tempus project "SME-03051-97 National Academic Center for Management and Capital Markets" and Finance manager, PHARE BG 9315 "Training program for managers".
