Svetoslav Delchev was born on 29.01.1974 in Sofia.He graduated the Berlin Technical University, majoring in Business Administration and Finance and Investments. In 1999 he specialized in Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Luxemburg.Since his return to Bulgaria in 2000 he has been working in the banking sector. His career started at BNP Paribas Bulgaria and was then continued at HVB Biochim and UniCredit Bulbank (after their merger in 2007).There he occupied a managing position in corporate finance, International and Multinational Corporate Finance Director.In February 2008 he took the management of Real Estate and Equipment Leasing, the core business of IMMORENT Bulgaria, a company of Erste Group.Mr. Delchev is fluent in German and English.
